Carolina Cerisola

Carolina is a professional dancer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She trained as a competitive Rhythmic Gymnast  as a child and began touring the world as a champion Salsa dancer in her teens. In 1999, she moved to the U.S. to further her career. Her unique style and improvisation skills made her the headliner at Hollywood hot-spot “Forty-Deuce” for 6 years and a sought after talent to accompany such named artists as Sting, Daniel Lanois, Prince, Justin Timberlake and more. With partner, Sascha Escandon, Carolina has co-founded Floor Productions, which produces THE FLOOR Improv Night and “THE FLOOR SHOW.” Utilizing the network of dancers and musicians they have come to meet and work with, they continue their passion for the arts and its accessibility to youth by starting the non-profit 501c(3), OPEN FLOOR SOCIETY.


Sascha Escandon

Sascha is a classically trained dancer from childhood and has performed, choreographed, competed and toured the world as a dancer. She has a B.S. in Animation from Woodbury University and worked as a Post Production Coordinator for MTV Reality T.V. for nearly five years on shows like The Osbournes and Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica. With partner, Carolina Cerisola, Sascha has co-founded Floor Productions, which produces THE FLOOR Improv Night and “THE FLOOR SHOW.” Utilizing the network of dancers and musicians they have come to meet and work with, they continue their passion for the arts and its accessibility to youth by starting the non-profit 501c(3), THE OPEN FLOOR SOCIETY.
